This role is open for candidates based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop comprehensive training materials including course outlines, participant workbooks, and facilitator guides.
- Create engaging and interactive learning assets such as Power Point presentations, job aids, reference materials, simulations, and hands-on exercises.
- Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE) to ensure effective and learner-centric content delivery.
- Develop training programs suitable for both virtual and face-to-face learning environments.
- Stay up to date with the latest features in Microsoft Copilot Pro and evolving instructional design trends to continuously enhance learning outcomes.

About you:

- Demonstrated experience in instructional design, particularly focused on Microsoft Copilot Pro training.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot Pro and its applications in the business context.




- Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design theories.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Proficient in designing engaging content that caters to various learning styles and delivery formats.
- Self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement and innovation in learning design.
