We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to support menu production and daily kitchen operations within a premium corporate dining environment. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will take ownership of your section, ensuring the consistent preparation and delivery of high-quality meals while supporting junior team members and maintaining kitchen standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food in line with menu specifications.
- Manage and oversee your designated kitchen section.
- Support menu production and daily service requirements.
- Assist with stock control and ordering.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support and mentor junior kitchen staff.
About You
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
- Solid food preparation and cooking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
- Full unrestricted working rights within Australia.
To be successful, you'll need:
- Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or unrestricted Australian working rights (no Working Holiday Visa applications).
- To reside in or around the Wodonga region.
- The ability to successfully complete a pre‑employment medical, including a National Police Check.
