We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Stewards for full time and part‑time positions to join our renowned restaurants at Crown Sydney. In this role you will help maintain the highest standards in our back‑of‑house kitchen operations, ensuring that all areas are clean, organized, and ready for service.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashers and kitchen equipment to maintain a high level of cleanliness and efficiency.
- Organise and manually clean kitchen equipment, polish surfaces, and store utensils and cookware.
- Clear rubbish bins and remove waste from floors and work surfaces to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
- Support a team in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
About you
- Have valid work rights.
- Be available to work across a 24/7 roster.
- Be comfortable with physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and cleaning duties.
- Have relevant experience in a similar environment.
- Can follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities.
- Be flexible with a rotating roster.
