Technology Enhanced Asset Management (TEAM) is seeking experienced Maintenance Planning Leaders to support major mining operations across Perth and Brisbane.

We are looking for Maintenance Superintendents, Planning Superintendents, Lead Planners and Supervisors with a strong mechanical maintenance background and a proven ability to drive work management excellence and improve maintenance performance across large-scale mining operations.

Whether you are looking to continue in a Superintendent or Lead role, or you are open to stepping into a senior planning position where you can make an immediate impact, we would love to hear from you.

What we are looking for:

- Experience as a Maintenance Superintendent, Planning Superintendent, Lead Planner, Planning Supervisor or Senior Maintenance Planner within mining
- Strong mechanical maintenance background with fixed plant experience




- Proven leadership experience mentoring planners and driving planning performance.
- Experience with SAP PM and maintenance work management processes
- Strong understanding of preventative maintenance, shutdown planning, and scheduling.
- Ability to collaborate with maintenance, reliability, engineering, and operations teams to improve asset performance.
- Robust stakeholder engagement, communication, and decision-making skills
- A passion for continuous improvement, planning excellence and developing high-performing teams.
