Job Description

Apex Radiology is seeking an experienced Office Supervisor to lead the Medical Reception team at our Quinns Rocks clinic. This role focuses on day-to-day operations and delivering an exceptional patient experience from arrival to departure.

You will provide leadership, coaching and guidance to reception staff, oversee administrative workflows and collaborate with the Site Manager and clinical team for smooth clinic functioning.
