Job Description:
- Development experience specific to implementation of the ITSM module in Service Now
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ITSM
- At least 4 years of experience with Service Now.
- Configure the Service Now solution to meet identified business requirements, process guides and functional requirements
- Solid Service Now development experience
- Responsible for Service Now platform Administration, Development, Documentation and Technical support
- Experience in Web Service integrations using SOAP, REST, JSON, etc.
- Participation in the full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and promotion into Production
- Experience with relational database systems and MS SQL queries
- Authoring and maintaining technical documentation
