This is a newly created Team Leader role established to support both the setup and ongoing operation of a recent site.
The position is hands‐on and operational, with responsibility for carrying out daily workshop activities in a protected, efficient, and organised manner.
The role involves working independently, establishing and maintaining work practices, and contributing across a broad range of operational tasks as an all‐rounder within the workshop workplace.You'll be the go-to person on site, running things start to finish.
The position is full‐time, based in Yatala, QLD.Key Responsibilities:Running the day‐to‐day operations of the site, ensuring all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in an organised mannerCoordinating and completing daily production activities to ensure efficient workflowPick/packing, order preparation and ensuring accuracy before dispatchCoordinating production schedules and workshop resourcesDelivering productive and effective work practices to ensure production capacity and meet deadlinesOperating forklifts (up to 16t) and other machinery for loading and unloading sheet piles, machinery, and other productsPerforming general labouring tasks including handling, storing,



and distributing materialsCarrying out general administrative duties to support daily operationsWhat you'll need:Self‐sufficient with excellent organisational skills.
