Job Description
Restaurant Manager
– Responsible for the general running of the restaurant, elevating the customer experience, developing the team through coaching and training, and managing inventory and financial aspects. Accountable for overall quality, adherence to procedures, and financial performance.
Salary starts at $77,000 per year,
negotiable based on results and experience.
Qualifications
Experience leading a team in a busy, high‐volume hospitality setting.
Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
Exceptional communication skills.
Prior experience achieving KPIs and driving profitability.
