Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students on education opportunities, courses, and pathways in Australia.
- Guide students through the application and admission process with universities/colleges.
- Work closely with migration and education teams to provide end-to-end solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the branch’s client base and visibility in Perth.
- Build, mentor, and manage a growing team of counsellors and support staff.
- Meet business targets while ensuring high-quality client service standards.

Key Requirements





- Proven experience as an Education Counsellor (local Perth experience highly desirable).
- Strong understanding of Australian education and migration pathways.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take initiative, handle challenges, and work independently.
- Leadership qualities with experience in team building and business development.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- We are seeking candidates with experience working with the Bhutanese, Nepalese, and Filipino communities. Preference will be given to applicants who possess strong language skills, cultural awareness, and market knowledge relevant to these communities.
