The Role
We are seeking a skilled and safety‑focused Electrician to join our Country Maintenance team on a full‑time basis. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for delivering both preventative and corrective maintenance on a range of fixed and portable machinery across our network.
Based in Moora, this role involves travel to multiple receival sites, including Watheroo, Piawaning, Regans Ford and surrounding areas.
Roster
Standard shifts are Monday to Friday. Weekend roster during harvest.
Hourly Rate
$60 – $65 per hour (+ penalties & overtime) based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance and repairs to bulk handling equipment, including elevators, conveyors, fixed and portable machinery
- Diagnosing and fault‑finding PLC‑controlled equipment, which includes elevators, conveyors, trippers and dust systems
- Completing basic administrative tasks aligned to the maintenance function
- Providing electrical assistance to our remote receival sites in the zone
- Interpreting electrical schematics and genset powered assets
About You
- Holds a current WA Electrical Workers Licence and an unrestricted Drivers Licence
- Work at heights, confined spaces, EWP and forklift licence (desirable)
- Ability to work in high grain dust concentrations
- Experience navigating computerised maintenance systems
- Current hazardous area installation certification (desirable)
