American Express's Loyalty team in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Manager, Loyalty to support delivery and optimisation of Membership Rewards initiatives across the ecosystem. The role blends strategy, operational delivery, analytics and partner engagement to drive growth.

You will work with multiple ICS teams, share insights from program performance, and help shape customer experiences across campaigns, offers and communications in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
