This overnight role is essential to delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the smooth operation of hotel systems, financial processes and overnight services.About the RoleAs our Night Auditor, you will be the welcoming face of the hotel during overnight hours, supporting guests, completing night audit processes and maintaining the highest standards of service, security and presentation.Your Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist guests with a warm, skilled approachComplete check-ins, check-outs and overnight guest requestsAssist Night Managers with night audit procedures and balance daily financial transactionsProcess payments accurately in line with accounting, PCI and cash handling standardsUpsell late check-outs,



room upgrades, stay extensions and minibar itemsMaintain front desk presentation and lobby standards overnightRespond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries and concernsMaintain guest confidentiality, key control and security proceduresWork collaboratively with all departments to ensure smooth overnight operationsParticipate in training and development activitiesWhat We're Looking ForPrevious hotel or customer service experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detail and organisational abilityExperience with Infor PMS or similar hotel systems preferredAbility to work independently and remain calm under pressureA positive, friendly and guest-focused attitudeFlexibility to work overnight shiftsWhy Join Us?
