Think Water Darwin is the Top End’s premier provider of pumping, irrigation, filtration, and water management solutions. Operating out of our high-capacity facility in Coolalinga, we service commercial, trade, agricultural, mining, and residential clients across the Northern Territory.

Due to robust business growth, we are seeking an experienced, hands-on Technical Sales & Showroom Manager to take ownership of our front counter operations, manage showroom standards, and lead our sales team.

About the Role

This is a pivotal leadership position where your technical expertise and customer-first mindset will directly drive daily operations. You will act as the technical anchor for walk-in and phone clients while maintaining high standards for showroom presentation, stock layout, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Front Counter Leadership: Oversee daily counter operations, delivering exceptional face-to-face and phone support to trade, retail, and industrial customers.
- Technical Problem Solving: Help clients select and configure the right pumping, filtration, and irrigation systems for their specific requirements or assist them with product/part replacements.
- Showroom Management: Ensure high standards of merchandising, stock display, organisation,



and inventory layout across the floor.
- Team Development: Mentor, train, and guide counter staff to build product knowledge, technical capability, and service confidence.

What We’re Looking For

- 10+ years of technical experience across pumping, irrigation, filtration, or water treatment systems.
- Proven leadership capability with a hands-on, proactive approach to running showroom floors and guiding counter teams.
- Exceptional communication skills to quickly diagnose technical issues over the counter or via phone.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
