Working closely with the Head of Sport – Aquatics and the broader Sport team, you will deliver a safe, engaging and professionally managed programme that develops confident, resilient athletes while fostering a lifelong love of the sport.

This position offers the opportunity to lead the establishment and ongoing development of a Pymble Dive Club and will combine coaching excellence, programme leadership, and mentor responsibilities, ensuring students and coaches are supported to reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will be required to work occasional weekends and be present at diving competitions and other scheduled programme commitments.

- Current Diving coaching qualifications aligned with industry standards.
- A current driver's licence (bus licence advantageous).
- A commitment and willingness to support the ethos and values of the College.
