Due to continued growth and a solid pipeline of upcoming projects, they are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team.The OpportunityThis is a key role supporting the commercial delivery of residential apartment projects from procurement through to completion.
You will work closely with the Project Manager and site teams to ensure all financial and contractual aspects of the project are effectively managed.Key ResponsibilitiesManage subcontractor procurement and letting of trade packagesPrepare scopes of work and tender documentationAssess subcontractor progress claims and variationsMonitor project costs, forecasts,



and reportingAdminister head and subcontracts in line with project requirementsSupport project delivery to achieve time, cost, and quality objectivesAbout YouProven experience as a Contract Administrator within a Tier 1–3 builderStrong experience delivering Class 2 apartment projects in NSWSound knowledge of construction contracts and commercial processesStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesRelevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similarWhat's on OfferSalary package of $130K – $160K + SuperSecure pipeline of Western Sydney projectsLong-term chance with a reputable Tier 2 builderSupportive and professional team workplace
