We are partnering with a well-established global infrastructure business to recruit an experienced
Head of Legal – Construction
. This is a key leadership role. You will lead a high-calibre legal team and play a central role in supporting the delivery of major global infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of legal professionals, providing transparent direction, mentoring, and performance management to deliver high-quality legal support.
Oversee legal support on the development and delivery of infrastructure projects, with a primary focus on EPC and construction contracts, equipment supply agreements, and operations & maintenance (O&M;) arrangements.
Provide strategic legal advice on project delivery, risk allocation, claims management, and contract administration across complex construction programs.
Support related corporate transactions, project financings, and deals tied to infrastructure assets and platforms.
Partner closely with commercial, development, project, and technical teams to structure bankable, practical solutions that enable timely and successful project delivery.
Manage external counsel efficiently across multiple jurisdictions




Deliver pragmatic, solutions-oriented legal and commercial advice to senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-growth environment.
About You
15+ years post-qualification experience, ideally from a top-tier firm or in-house infrastructure/construction role, with experience leading a legal team.
Strong technical expertise in major projects
Commercially sharp, pragmatic, and collaborative, with the ability to lead and thrive in a energetic, high-growth global business.
Genuine interest in large-scale infrastructure development and the intersection of construction, energy, and next-generation technology projects.
