Part‐time assistant manager positioned at The Body Shop Australia will be rostered on a rotating 28‐hour week. You will inspire the team, drive retail excellence, achieve solid sales results and deliver an engaging customer experience.

Key Duties
Coach the team to achieve exceptional customer service standards, oversee operations and commercial practices, and foster a customer‐focussed store experience.
Utilise internal systems, analyse performance, manage change, and meet sales/performance targets while maintaining knowledge of the beauty market and competitors.
Lead people management, resolve issues quickly, attract, retain and develop staff aligned with the brand.
