is seeking a talented Lawyer to join its leading Commercial Litigation and Class Actions practice in Sydney.
This is an outstanding opportunity to work within a highly regarded disputes team acting on complex, high-profile litigation, regulatory investigations, and class action matters for major corporate, government and institutional clients. The successful candidate will gain exposure to sophisticated legal issues, strategic advisory work and significant court proceedings while collaborating with experienced litigators in a market-leading practice.
The Role
The successful lawyer will be involved in:
Managing and supporting complex commercial litigation matters across a broad range of industries.
Acting in class actions and large-scale disputes before superior courts and tribunals.
Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, evidence and court documents.
Preparing strategic advice for clients on contentious and risk-related matters.
Assisting with regulatory investigations, inquiries and enforcement proceedings.
Working closely with clients, counsel and internal stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
About you:
The ideal candidate will possess:




Between 2–5 years' post-qualification experience in commercial litigation, disputes or class actions.
Solid technical legal skills and excellent drafting abilities.
Experience working on complex, large-scale matters within a recognised litigation practice.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
