- Has previous experience as a Section Waiter or in a similar restaurant role.
- Loves hospitality and enjoys looking after people.
- Is confident running their own section in a fast-paced workplace.
- Works well within a team and communicates with warmth and professionalism.
- Takes pride in service, presentation and attention to detail.
- Has an interest in food and wine and is always keen to learn.
