The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) is seeking an APS5 Learning and Development Officer to design and deliver practical learning for frontline staff in a energetic service environment. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure learning aligns with business needs and improves capability.
Reporting to the APS6 Manager, you’ll facilitate sessions, coordinate resources, track participation and support continuous improvement across the branch.
