The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations in Australia is seeking an experienced Workforce Planning Manager (APS6) to lead scheduling, forecasting and optimisation for frontline Contact Centres. Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will manage a team of Workforce Schedulers and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure workforce performance aligns with service delivery.

The role covers Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.
