About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio. You will ensure buildings are maintained to a high standard, operate safely and efficiently, and deliver an exceptional experience for tenants.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operation and maintenance of commercial property.
Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance across building services, including HVAC, electrical, hydraulic and fire system.
Manage contractors and service providers, ensuring quality, compliance and cost‐effective service delivery.
Prepare and manage operating budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities and assist with procurement and tender processes.
Oversee capital works, refurbishments and building improvement projects.
Build strong relationships with tenants and act as the primary contact for facilities‐related matter.
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, statutory requirements and building regulations.




Support sustainability initiatives, environmental reporting and risk management.
Manage building security, access control and emergency procedures.
Prepare regular reports on operational performance and property maintenance.
Qualifications
Previous experience in Facilities Management within commercial property.
Robust knowledge of building operations, maintenance and contractor management.
Excellent stakeholder and tenant relationship management skills.
Experience managing budgets and capital works projects.
Sound understanding of WHS legislation and building compliance.
Strong organisational, communication and problem‐solving skills.
