About the role
We are looking for an experienced float legal secretary to jointhe team on a full time basis. Based in our Sydney CBD office, thisrole provides the opportunity to work with and support a variety ofpractice groups in person across our Sydney offices and remotely toour national offices as required with key duties including:
Daily reception cover
Diary management
Preparing legal documents
Billing and client reporting
Opening and closing files
About you
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced legalsecretary with exposure to a variety of different areas of law. Inaddition to this, you will ideally have:
A minimum 2 years' legal secretary experience
Previous experience in a float position (preferred but notessential)
Previous experience supporting fee earners at alllevels
Experience using iManage and Aderant (preferred but notessential)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy




Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manageand prioritise multiple tasks
Ability to work independently and part of a team
Ability to draft correspondence and documents; and
