What you'll do
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and the broader HR team to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions across Australia and New Zealand. You will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBP teams to understand business priorities, workforce planning needs, and hiring requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake discussion through sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality talent across technical, professional, and leadership positions.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate assessments and provide market insights, talent recommendations, and hiring guidance to stakeholders.
- Drive a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.
- Collaborate with internal and external sourcing channels, including employee referrals, job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and talent communities.
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies, employment laws, and diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.
- Utilize recruitment technologies and reporting tools to track hiring progress, maintain data integrity, and provide recruiting metrics.
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, either in-house, agency or RPO
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and business stakeholders.
- Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, electrical, energy, data center, or technology-related industries.
- Experience supporting commercial organization.
- Knowledge of Australian employment and recruitment practices.
- Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability for hiring outcomes.
