Monadelphous is seeking an Experienced HVAC Resource Estimator to support maintenance planning, work pack development and estimating for a major Oil & Gas operator in Perth. This permanent, office-based role focuses on supporting critical asset maintenance and CMMS-driven planning.
You will prepare labour and material estimates, develop work packs, monitor costs and coordinate resources with the planning team. A robust background in HVAC, SAP/Maximo/Pronto and Excel is essential.
