UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Supported Living Facilitator in Cairns to assist clients living in the community.
You will support independence and enhance quality of life through in-home personal care, daily living tasks, and meaningful activities.This casual role involves driving between clients, following Care Plans, and collaborating with a compassionate team to deliver person-centred services.
Hours are mainly 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with a focus on safety and dignity.
