As an Assistant Store Manager at Burson, you'll play a hands‐on role in leading day‐to‐day operations, driving sales, and inspiring your team to perform at their best. We're on the lookout for a motivated Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to support our Hornsby. At Burson, you're never just a number—you'll be part of a supportive, close‐knit team working together to connect our people, our customers, and our business every single day.
Key Responsibilities
Handling automotive parts queries from trade and retail/DIY customers
Provide a high level of customer service with an emphasis on customer retention & development
Assisting with inventory control
Maintaining store standards and adhering to company policies,



procedures and OH & S compliance
Supporting the Store Manager
Leading and supporting your team
Qualifications
An ability to work in a driven and diverse team workplace
Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors)
The ability to engage with, and motivate team members
Customer focused with strong time management abilities & attention to detail
OH & S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy
Current full driver's licence
