We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support and maintain our hybrid IT environment for approximately 400 users. This hands‑on role will be responsible for day‑to‑day IT operations, infrastructure management, endpoint administration, cybersecurity support, and user support across a Microsoft centric environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
- Manage Microsoft Intune, endpoint compliance, application deployment, and device lifecycle management.
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support and incident resolution.
- Support NetSuite, Box, and other business‑critical applications.
- Monitor and maintain infrastructure, backups, patching, and system performance.
- Assist with cybersecurity operations, including Sophos MDR, vulnerability remediation, and access management.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver reliable IT services.

Skills and Experience

- 3+ years' experience in a Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure.
- Experience supporting Windows Server and hybrid environments.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, security best practices, and endpoint management.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience with NetSuite, Box, Sophos, or similar platforms is highly desirable.

- AZ-104 (Azure Administrator)




- SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator)
- CompTIA Security+
- ITIL Foundation
