Counterbalance Drivers and Labourers ) – Inner Suburbs, Melbourne, Australia

We’re looking for experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join our team at a leading transport, warehousing, rail and logistics solutions provider. This role works Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm with potential overtime during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities

- Safe and efficient operation of a counterbalance forklift
- Loading and unloading trucks and containers
- Container unpacking (manual and forklift-assisted)
- Transporting goods across the yard and warehouse
- Assisting with general warehouse and logistics tasks
- Conducting pre-start checks and reporting maintenance issues
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements





- Minimum 2 years experience operating a forklift
- Minimum 2 years experience in container unloading
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
