About The Role
This organisation is looking for an experienced EL1 Organisational Change Manager with a passion for driving successful ICT and digital transformation. The successful candidate will lead and deliver end-to-end organisational change activities that enable people to embrace new ways of working, support the successful adoption of new capabilities, and maximise business outcomes across complex ICT programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of organisational change strategies and implementation plans across ICT projects and programs.
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify changes to business processes, systems, roles and ways of working.
- Perform stakeholder analysis and develop practical engagement plans to support successful change adoption.
- Design and deliver communication, engagement and sponsor enablement strategies.
- Assess organisational readiness and identify change risks, issues and dependencies across multiple initiatives.
- Apply structured organisational change management methodologies and tools throughout project lifecycles.
- Coach and support senior leaders,
managers and project sponsors to effectively lead change.
- Monitor, measure and reinforce change outcomes to ensure sustainable adoption.
- Build organisational change capability through coaching, mentoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, business stakeholders and delivery teams to embed change activities into program delivery.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end organisational change management for ICT or digital transformation programs.
- Solid experience conducting impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and translating findings into practical change plans.
- Proven ability to engage, influence and coach senior executives, business leaders and project sponsors.
- Experience applying recognised organisational change management methodologies within complex project environments.
- Ability to assess organisational readiness and proactively manage change risks and dependencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience delivering effective communication and engagement activities.
- Experience working across multiple concurrent projects within fast-paced environments.
- Strong facilitation, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
