About The Role
Customer Service Officer position based in Wetherill Park. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be a key representative of our business, ensuring every customer feels supported and valued. Ideal for someone who enjoys working with a diverse range of people, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in delivering great service.
Working Hours
Weekly rotating shift, Monday to Friday with availability from 6:30 am to 4:00 pm.
What You Will Be Doing
Deliver friendly, responsive customer service via phone and email
Accurately process customer orders in a timely manner
Use product knowledge to provide helpful sales support
Keep customers informed with clear and proactive updates
Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements for order configuration and transport
Contribute to team tasks and additional duties as needed
What You Will Bring
3–5 years customer service or call centre experience




A natural communicator with a skilled, customer‐first mindset
Confidence handling complex queries and multiple systems
High level of attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
Ability to work on weekly rotating shifts
Team player mentality with a drive to succeed together
