Position Summary
12-month full-time opportunity in Parramatta CBD.
Join Evolve Housing, a leading not-for-profit community housing provider, to help people have a place to call home. This role requires full-time presence in the office or on-site five days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Enrich people's lives by forging solid relationships with tenants and landlords.
Proactively assist Housing Managers in the management of housing portfolios.
Assist and guide tenants to successfully manage their arrears.
Undertake periodic inspections, including ingoing/outgoing inspections, under the support of a Housing Manager.
Facilitate support and solutions for repairs and maintenance of tenancies.
Assist in the processing of lease sign‐ups with compassion and empathy.
Help support tenants and create thriving communities.
Encourage and undertake resident consultation to ensure the delivery of customer‐focused services for residents.
Required Qualifications
Commitment to complete Certificate IV in Social Housing.
Strong negotiation and conflict‐management skills.
Self‐starter who is organised and able to prioritise.
Collaborative team player.
Current driver's licence.




Willingness to obtain a National Criminal Record Check and an NDIS check.
Desirable: awareness of social and community housing sector services and principles.
Desirable: knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (NSW).
