About the Job
Lead and control daily pickup operations to ensure all orders are collected from merchants on time and transferred to hubs according to SLA and route plans.

Job Responsibilities
Manage and assign daily pickup schedules for field teams
Monitor real‐time pickup performance via dashboard or system
Track SLA, pickup success rate, and order accuracy
Handle escalations from merchants and ensure issue resolution
Supervise field coordinators and ensure performance alignment




Conduct morning briefings and end‐of‐day summaries
Validate data accuracy in pickup reports and system updates
Coordinate with Reverse and Linehaul teams for smooth transitions
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2‐4 years of logistics or delivery operations experience
Robust leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of pickup processes, routing, and KPIs
Proficient in Excel and operational tracking tools
