Why you will love Working Here
Getting older can mean giving up a lot. Your home. Your routine. Sometimes even the things that make you feel like yourself.

What you will be doing
Help people keep living the life they love, right at home.
As a Physiotherapist with Suncare, you'll provide practical, evidence-based care that helps people move with confidence, maintain their independence,
and keep doing the things that matter most to them.

Your Day May Include
- Assessing, planning and delivering therapy that improves strength, balance and mobility
- Developing tailored exercise programs that support independence and wellbeing
- Connecting people with group programs and community health initiatives
- Sharing your expertise as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Contributing to service improvements that help us deliver even better care
This full time role services the Southern Sunshine Coast and Caboolture regions, Monday to Friday.
Our preferred hours are 8:30am to 4:36pm, but we're open to conversations about what works best for you. Let us know in your cover letter.
This is your chance to make a real difference close to home, helping people stay connected to their community, their routines, and the life they've built.
You will Thrive in this role if you
- Are a qualified physiotherapist with AHPRA registration and a passion for helping people live well at home
- Have experience supporting older people with physiotherapy care
- Are confident on the road, with a current driver's licence and a car ready for work
- Communicate with warmth and clarity, building trust with ease
- Are tech-savvy and detail-oriented, keeping notes and plans up to date
- Stay committed to learning - from First Aid refreshers to professional networks
- Know how to motivate others and support people with complex needs
- Hold (or are willing to get) First Aid, CPR, and a National Criminal History Check
Belonging Starts Here
We believe real care starts with real belonging. That means creating a workplace where everyone - no matter their background, culture, or story - feels seen, respected, and safe to be themselves.
We welcome applications from First Nations people, the LGBTIQA+ community, people with disabilities, and those from culturally diverse backgrounds. Your story matters here.

The little things you do can make a big difference.
