A TechnologyOne Property and Rating Consultant specialises in implementing, configuring, and supporting the CiAnywhere Property & Rating module for local councils and government agencies. Responsibilities include guiding software transitions, optimising land management, valuation, and revenue processes, and providing expert technical support

Key Responsibilities
Software Implementation: Leading the end-to-end implementation and configuration of the Property & Rating module, often transitioning clients from legacy systems to the contemporary CiAnywhere platform.
Business Process Analysis: Mapping existing business processes and designing improvements within the software to ensure efficiency in land information and rates accounting.
Customer Support & Training: Acting as the primary contact for troubleshooting, resolving customer issues,
and delivering training sessions to end-users.
Data Management: Managing property-related data, including annual billing cycles, supplementary cycles, and valuation management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Product Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with TechnologyOne P&R; and CiAnywhere is frequently mandatory.
Domain Knowledge: A strong understanding of Local Government operations, particularly in Rates Accounting, revenue recoveries, and land information systems.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuration, reporting, and tools like Workflows, ETLs, and DocOnes.
Consulting Soft Skills: Solid stakeholder management and the ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical users.
