Location
Sales Travel Consultants across Regional Northwestern NSW, stationed in Orange.
Responsibilities
Work full‐time, on‐site, rotating roster over a 7‐day trade.
Plan itineraries, book travel and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email.
Achieve individual KPIs and sales targets, selling complete holiday packages including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers, and more.
Build and maintain a customer base of recent and returning customers, spanning domestic and international holidays.
Provide expert advice on travel queries such as visas, best times to travel, packing, local dining, and safety.
Earn a base wage plus an uncapped incentive payment structure based on a percentage of every sale.
Qualifications
Strong organisational skills – takes notes, manages calendar, and responds promptly to calls and emails.
Genuine passion for travel and desire to open up the world to customers.
Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs while managing workload in a high‐pressure setting.
Enthusiasm, passion, and warmth that encourages customers to book again.
Computer savviness,



comfortable toggling between multiple complex systems to find the right flight and package options.
