Reporting to the Residential Care Services Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, supporting and leading the nursing team, ensuring compliance with clinical and accreditation standards, contributing to care planning and documentation and driving quality improvement initiatives to support the delivery of protected, high-quality resident care. This role is available on a 6 month fixed term contract, Monday-Friday, 76 hours per fortnight.

Key Role Requirements:
To be success in this role, you will need the following:
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.
Current AHPRA registration.
Sound knowledge of ANACC, Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements.
Proven ability to effectively lead a clinical team.
Demonstrated clinical competence and strong communication and decision-making skills.
Working rights within Australia.
National Police Clearance.
