Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans for clients across various age groups
Deliver evidence-based therapies and interventions for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and physiotherapists, to provide comprehensive care for clients
Educate clients and their families regarding communication strategies and therapy objectives
Maintain precise documentation and progress notes in accordance with practice protocols

Qualifications
A recognised degree in Speech Pathology
Current registration with the Speech Pathology Association of Australia (or equivalent)
Experience working with both adults and children is preferred, though current graduates are encouraged to apply
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
