Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end BI, Data Warehouse, ETL/ELT, and Cloud Data Operations.
Manage
Teradata, AWS Redshift, AWS Glue, Apache Airflow, SAS DI/CI/RTDM, and Qlik
platforms.
Drive incident, problem, change, and release management for production settings.
Monitor ETL jobs, Airflow DAGs, Glue pipelines, reporting, and campaign processes.
Collaborate with business, analytics, engineering, and infrastructure teams.
Lead root cause analysis (RCA), performance optimization, automation, and continuous operational improvements.
Manage onshore/offshore support teams and vendor relationships.
Required Skills




10+ years of experience in
BI, Data Warehousing, Data Operations, or Cloud Data Platforms
.
Solid expertise in
Teradata, AWS Redshift, AWS Glue, Apache Airflow, SAS DI, SAS CI, SAS RTDM, and Qlik
.
Hands-on experience with
ETL/ELT, SQL, Data Warehousing, and Production Support
.
Robust knowledge of
SLA management, incident management, problem management, and operational governance
.
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and team management skills.
