Our store management structure involves a Store Manager, multiple Department Team Leaders, Reset/ Stock Supervisor.

, you will play a critical role in driving store performance through solid team leadership, service excellence and operational capability.
Key responsibilities include
Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team
Delivering outstanding customer service and driving service culture
Managing high-volume stock flow, merchandising and promotional execution
Maintaining high standards of presentation, safety and compliance
Supporting and influencing store targets, KPIs and growth results
Coaching future leaders and contributing to a solid internal talent pipeline
Using product knowledge to elevate the customer experience
The Ideal Candidates
Experience managing high stock volumes and a busy retail floor




Strength in leading and inspiring teams of *+ team members

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Confident communication skills and comfort with retail systems
First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain—funded by us)
