ConsultANZ is seeking a Site Engineer / Project Engineer to join a civil earthworks and roading project in Sydney.

Main Duties:

We are seeking motivated and experienced Site Engineers and Project Engineers to join our growing team delivering civil earthworks and roading projects across the Sydney.

- Coordinate and supervise day-to-day site activities.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Prepare and review construction programs, methodologies, and work packs.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site resources.
- Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards.
- Assist with cost control, forecasting, and project reporting.
- Review engineering drawings and specifications.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.




- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Civil Engineer on civil earthworks and/or roading projects .
- Demonstrated experience managing project delivery, including planning, procurement, cost control, and programme management.
- Strong leadership skills with experience coordinating site teams and subcontractors.
- Sound knowledge of Australian construction standards and safety requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Market-competitive salary package based on experience. ($130k-190k, Depends on skillset)
