Job Summary

Reporting to the Merchandise Manager and working as part of a close-knit team, you will provide exceptional customer service, support in‑store sales activities, maintain inventory processes, and help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the branch.

Responsibilities

- Manage stock, pick and pack orders
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with product enquiries, pricing requests, and sales transactions
- Assist with local on‑farm deliveries
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Receive, dispatch, and accurately process incoming and outgoing goods
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock management activities
- Adhere to workplace health, safety, and compliance procedures at all times
- Load and unload trucks, prepare orders for dispatch, and unpack deliveries
- Support the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the branch and warehouse

Qualifications

- A proactive approach to your work and strong organisational skills

- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long‑term customer relationships
- A current and valid driver’s licence (essential)
- A forklift licence (desirable)
