About the role
We are looking for someone with experience in Hospitality Management, who can join our team in Scarborough to provide support and lead our staff in busy periods.
The candidate must have skills in Cooking, Coffee making, and general management. We are a very busy store that requires someone with abilities they can apply directly with our menu and lead our team.
Weekend work is required, but a set roster will be provided to you for a reliable lifestyle.
What you'll be doing
Assisting our existing Managers in overseeing all operations, including fresh sandwich making, cooking on the grill, customer service and cash handling, and staff supervision.
Keeping our high quality of service and food.
Providing training and support to the team as needed.
Assisting with inventory management and stock control
Acting as the Venue Manager in their absence,



taking on full responsibility for the venue's operations
What we're looking for
At least 2 years' experience in a similar assistant venue management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry
Experience in Commercial Cooking
Experience as a Barista
