We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Lead Hand to join our growing Sydney team.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a motivated electrician who thrives on leading from the front, mentoring others, and delivering high-quality project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of electricians and apprentices on‐site to ensure secure and efficient project delivery
Coordinate daily work activities, resources, and materials to meet project timelines and milestones
Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and project specifications to guide installation works
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Australian standards, WHS requirements, and company procedures
Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and support to the team during installation and commissioning
Liaise with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution and communication




Who You Are
A licensed electrician with proven experience leading teams on industrial or commercial electrical projects
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team members
Highly organised with strong problem‐solving skills and attention to detail
Confident in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications
Committed to safety, quality workmanship, and continuous improvement
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
