Salary packaging, Are you a compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurse seeking a full-time role where your expertise is valued and your work-life balance is respected? We're looking for someone to join our team, delivering truly patient-centred care across morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. With a schedule of 76 hours per fortnight, you'll enjoy regular hours and predictable routines, while making a real difference in our community. We offer a competitive rate of pay: $ - $ per hour, depending on experience + superannuation & shift allowances.
What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering high quality, compassionate nursing care to our residents
Implementing care plans, monitoring health status, administering medications
Communicating effective with patients, families,



and interdisciplinary team members
Maintaining clinical documentation and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, infection control standards
Adapting to different shift periods (morning / afternoon / evening), ensuring continuity of care across handovers
