Job Overview
Permanent part‐time role (19 hours per week) based at Westpac's Westfield Coomera branch. You will welcome customers, uncover their banking needs, provide tailored solutions, and refer them to specialised teams as required.
Responsibilities
Welcome and engage customers in conversations to identify their financial needs.
Provide tailored banking solutions in person or over the phone.
Assist customers in achieving financial goals and refer to specialised teams when necessary.
Execute sales and referral targets, including making outbound calls to customers.
Handle cash and financial transactions accurately.
Qualifications
Customer service and sales experience, ideally with targets in a phone‐based or customer‐facing role.
Resilience and composure in challenging situations.




Ability to work towards sales/referral targets and call customers over the phone.
Numerical capability; proficiency in cash handling and counting, and accuracy in financial transactions.
Energetic personality with a genuine passion for helping people.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies.
