Know How Resourcing are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a well‐known supply chain and logistics company operating across the UK. This is an excellent prospect to become part of a busy, friendly, and supportive warehouse team where every day is different. The company is a leading name in the logistics sector, supplying major retailers and businesses nationwide. They are now looking to expand their workforce with reliable, hardworking, and motivated individuals who are keen to secure a long‐term role. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play an important part in ensuring stock is processed efficiently and accurately, helping the warehouse run smoothly and on time. Full training will be provided, and there are great opportunities for career progression once you become permanent after 12 weeks.
Key Duties
Picking and packing
Sorting parcels into the correct courier
Checking the quality and quantity of stock received




Scanning orders in the correct department
Eye for eye detail
Sortation of orders
What We Offer
Pay rate: £* per hour
Temporary to Permanent contract after 12 weeks

Shift Patterns (Sunday – Friday)
1 day off through the week which will rotate.
Monday – Friday: 06:*:30
Sunday: 07:*:30
What We're Looking For
Reliability and good timekeeping
Ability to work well as part of a team
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential
