Norton Gold Fields Limited is seeking an Underground Shift Supervisor to manage daily targets set by the Underground Mine Foreman. You will generate shift plans, allocate resources and ensure tasks are set up for timely, productive execution across the next shift.
The role requires extensive experience in underground mining, a solid grasp of mine planning and geology, and proven leadership of underground crews. WA regulatory knowledge and NPC/GSDU clearance are essential.
