About the Role
As a
BIG Merchandiser
, you will managean allocatedterritory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role,you'llensure operational excellence through accurate task execution - covering everything from
replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches
and more.
Territory:
Surfers Paradise and surrounds (Fill in back up merchandiser)
Hours:
Average of
6hours
per week based on business needs (no guaranteedminimumhrs)
Availability:
Wednesday to Fridayavailability is essential
; flexibility for Tuesday is highly regarded.
Essential:
Driver license and car
Key Responsibilities
Driving strong
relationships
with store personnel
Building and maintaining
quality displays
in store
Negotiating
promotional
space
Executing planograms
Submit tasks & quality photos dailyvia smartphone/tablet
Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
Safely performing the
physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
Qualifications




Supermarket,retail,pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
A current Australian driver's licence and vehicle
Solid& friendlycommunication, organisational skills and attention to detail
An ability to work autonomously
Ability to perform the
physical & repetitive
requirements of the role
