We are seeking an experienced and proactive
Administration Manager
to support a busy contracting environment on a temporary basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent role for the right person.
In this role, you'll oversee daily administrative operations, support HR processes, and ensure the business's Integrated Management System (IMS) remains compliant and up to date. This is a hands‐on position suited to someone who thrives in a fast‐paced workplace and enjoys driving organisation, efficiency, and structure.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day‐to‐day administrative functions across the business
Maintain and update the Integrated Management System (IMS)
Provide HR administration support, including onboarding, compliance, and record management
Coordinate documentation, reporting, and general office support
Work closely with operational leaders to ensure smooth business workflow




Contribute to process improvement and organisational efficiency
About You
Experience working within the mining, construction, or related heavy industries is essential
Proven experience in administration management
Robust working knowledge of
IMS
and compliance frameworks
Background in
HR administration
or people support functions
Highly organised, detail‐focused, and confident managing competing priorities
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage across all levels
Available immediately or at short notice
